Scope
This website is intended to be a stand-alone living document, which at its inception, contains links to a number of documents, reports and papers - all of them written by W. Maly only. Hopefully, in the latter stage, viewpoints of other authors will be included as well. This webpage was meant to also be a reference to a number of already published (or to be published) papers dicussing related matters.
