High Speed Communications A/D Converter

Design of a very high speed A/D converter for use in hand held communication devices. The speed has to be high enough ~300/400 MHz to take care of real time digitization of images/data in line with the future trends in mobile computing. Moreover the design has to use as little power as possible to be feasible for battery operated equipments.
