Nishath K. Verghese (nashv@beretta.ece.cmu.edu) received the B. Eng. (Hons.) degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 1990 and the M. S. degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 1993. From 1990 to 1991 he was with the VLSI Design Laboratory, McGill University where he worked on new circuit implementations of sigma-delta A/D converters and on estimation techniques for power bus current in CMOS logic circuits. He is currently working towards his Ph.D degree at Carnegie Mellon University where his research focuses on simulation techniques for substrate coupling in mixed-mode ICs. His research interests include design and verification of analog circuits. |
