Matthew D. Moe Matthew D. Moe (moe@ece.cmu.edu) received the B.S. Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1996. He is currently working towards his M.S. degree researching Rapidly Reconfigurable computing. His research interests include CAD and IC design.
