Paul Koon-keung Lai Paul Koon-keung Lai (klai@omega.ece.cmu.edu) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and physics from the University of Rochester in 1992. Currently he is finishing up his M.S. thesis on syntheis of high-performance digital cells. He will continue on with his Ph.D. program in an unknown area. He is jointly advised by Prof. L. Richard Carley and Prof. Rob A. Rutenbar.
