Ahmed Biyabani (biyabani@ece.cmu.edu) received the SBEE degree from MIT, Cambridge, MA, in 1990 and completed his MSECE at Carnegie Mellon in 1991. Until his return to the PhD program in January 1994 he was with the Production Technology Lab., Sharp Corp., Nara, Japan. His masters work at CMU was on the synthesis of pipelined A/D converters and he is currently working on an analog multiply-accumulate chip to be used in implementing neural networks for guiding NAVLAB. |
