Short Bio:

I was born in 1983 in Tehran, Iran - the son of an Iranian father and American mother.  At the age of one, my family moved back to the United States and we lived in the DC area.  Some years later, we came back to Tehran and lived there for a while.  While in Tehran, I studied at the Allame Helli junior high and high schools.  In 2002, I entered Sharif University and went on to earn my B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering there.  I am now a graduate student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at Carnegie Mellon University, and have moved to Pittsburgh with my wife.  In short, life is great.
