I am currently a PhD. candidate at Carnegie Mellon University in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I graduated with an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2011 and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications in 2010 from the University of Pune, India. My past industry experiences includes an internship at Lenovo Speech Labs. My current research is in the data driven optmization of acoustic model hyper-parameters for task specific speech recognition.
