Information Fairness:

The information about the auction is published in the advertisement and cannot be modified by any one including the auctioneer (because the advertisement is signed by SAM). No one gets more information about others than any one else. How the final result is to be distributed is also specified in the auction specification. Hence it is fair in the sense that no one can get more information than others without being specified publicly.
