Homework 1: Please submit 5 papers you would like to cover this semester to Sang Kil Cha (Challenge: figure out his email address). Papers should be from a top conference, and it is preferrable they are recent (though we can also read seminal papers).
The top security conferences are typically considered to be IEEE Security and Privacy, USENIX Security, CCS, and NDSS. Other top conferences in other areas include PLDI, POPL, SIGCOMM, NSDI, SOSP, and OSDI.
